CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

If you wish to cancel your Order, please contact our Customer Service Team via chat. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once an Order has been accepted by rider, it may not be cancelled

  • a) For a Driver who is on the way to the pickup location: The Driver will call you to confirm the order prior to departing. If delivery is confirmed with the Driver and a cancellation happens after the scheduled time, 30% of the order fee will be chargeable to the customer. Efinair GetFast will refund the balance amount in case of payment via online banking / e-wallet, within three to five days, after deducting fare.
  • b) For a “Deliver Now” service, the fare will be charged if you cancel 5 minutes after being matched to the driver and/or after the Driver arrives at the pickup location. In case of payment via online banking / e-wallet, balance amount of total delivery fees, will be refunded within three to five working days, after deducting base fare.
CANCELLATION BY RIDER
  • a) If rider wish to cancel your Order, please contact our Customer Service Team via chat. No cancellation fees shall be applicable. The rider cannot cancel the order if the time framework of delivery is within a one hour or any urgent delivery within one hour.
  • b) If he does so then a penalization fee of RM 5 will be imposed on him

Efinair GetFast reserves the right to refund to you the equivalent sum of amount paid by you in the event Efinair GetFast for any reason is unable to process the application/request for Services.

The outstanding amount in wallet will be used for delivery charges payment for orders placed on Efinair GetFast app and is not convertible to cash or other forms of money transfer.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS
  • a) When the customer opted not to elect not to use any insurance service, Efinair GetFast shall nevertheless reimburse to you the cost for any lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed goods transported by a Driver.
  • b) Efinair GetFast reserves the right to refund to the Customer the equivalent sum of amount paid in the event Efinair GetFast for any reason is unable to process the application/request of Packages/Fees.
